Purchases All lessons must be purchased online in advance - prior to the start of the first class. After payment, the student is then in a “credit position” to receive lessons as purchased. Lesson purchases are valid for 12 months from the date when the first lesson is taken. Accepted forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Debit, or cheque. 5% GST is applicable to all lesson purchases. 5% GST is not applied to youth group lessons that qualify as educational programs.
Cancellation Policy - General Any scheduled program that gets cancelled by Fraserview Golf Academy – students will receive a full refund. Any program or class that has fewer than 5 students registered may be cancelled at the discretion of the instructor. Determination is usually made 2-days in advance. Student’s will be notified in advance and will receive a full refund. Refunds for online payment made through the Fraserview Golf Academy website may take up to 14 days to process and will include a $20 administration fee (fee is applied by the service provider, not Fraserview).
Cancellations - Junior Golf Camps and Multi-Day Programs (Spring Break Camps, Summer Camps, LTPD Programs) Full refund if notice is received 7 or more days in advance of the start date. Notice must be sent and received by email. If cancellation is received with less than 7-days' notice from the start date of the program, there will be no refund. Refund deadline: 9:00 am, 7 full days in advance of the start date, Pacific Standard Time (Vancouver time). Once camp has started, student illness or “no shows” will be considered as a class attended and there will be no refund or credit. If a student misses more than 50% of a camp or program due to medical illness (doctor verified document required), they may apply for a 50% registration fee credit towards another approved lesson program.
